Common QA:

Q – One of the questions people always ask me is that “Doesn’t organic farming also allow the use of chemicals, pesticides and other contaminates?”

The answer is that although organic farming might be far from perfect, but eating organic produce can significantly lower your exposure to chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, hormones and other contaminates. Many of these chemicals and pesticides that are routinely used in conventional agriculture and non-organic farming. Some of these chemicals are so toxic that are banned in Europe and any where else, but millions of tons of these chemicals are routinely used in our food supply in US. Keep in mind that when it comes to the health of your kids, early exposure of your kid to these chemicals can significantly increase the risk of becoming obese or being over-weight later in life. Bottom line is that you should eat organic food whenever you can in order to avoid getting sick years later in life.

Q – My kids have allergies all the time, how can I eliminate allergens in my house?

Simply remove anything that is processed or made with common known allergens such as wheat and gluten. Also get rid of junk and processed foods and buy organic foods only. Keep in mind that chemicals in food supply and fluoride and chlorine in tap water can increase the risk of allergies. Invest in a good filter, reverse osmosis is definitely recommended.
